With pregnancy and breast feeding breasts will enlarge and stretch the skin.  After pregnancy, the breast will lose volume resulting in a smaller and droopy (ptotic) breast.  In most cases, restoring the volume with an implant can give an excellent result with minimal scarring.  For breasts with more sagging, a breast lift with implant may be necessary.
